Admin Referral Coordinator - Early Intervention

Are you highly organized, friendly, and great at keeping lots of moving pieces in sync? Riverside is looking for an Admin Referral Coordinator to be the welcoming face and organizational hub for our Early Intervention Program!

This on-site role is perfect for someone who enjoys supporting families, coordinating services, and keeping daily operations running smoothly in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage referrals received by phone, fax, and email
• Enter and track referrals, insurance, and assignments in EICS
• Assign service coordinators and communicate updates to families and referrers
• Provide front desk coverage - greet visitors, answer calls, and support daily office needs
• Support Early Intervention programs and playgroups, including setup, organization, and family coordination
• Order supplies, manage parking permits, and assist with administrative projects
• Help maintain shared spaces and step in to support teammates as needed

Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours

Pay Rate: $22.31/hourly

• Plus a $.96 language differential!

Required Skills

• Strong organizational skills and computer proficiency (Microsoft Office) required.
• Must have knowledge of EICS or willingness to learn.
• Professional phone etiquette required.
• Must have the ability to learn phone interpretation service and explain EI programs to parents.
• Must be dependable with a strong work ethic.

Required Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• 1–2 years administrative experience required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Portuguese preferred.
