Responsibilities The Bi-Lingual Financial Counselor will be responsible for working with patients and individuals who are uninsured or under-insured to assist them in applying for eligibility programs. The Bi-Lingual Financial Counselor will be responsible for the following: * Conducting interviews with patients and family members through telephone contact. * Collecting information and documentation in order to complete eligibility applications for Charity Care, Medicaid and Family Care * Supporting management in maintaining client goals * Performing other duties as assigned by Manager or Director. * Possessing knowledge in the areas of patient registration and business office operations * Exhibiting exemplary verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
