  • Responsibilities

    CALIBRE Systems Inc., an employee-owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company, is seeking a Personnel Control Analyst. This position will be located in the Washington DC Metropolitan area supporting our VA clients. As the Personnel Control Analyst, you will support the Project Control Lead with managing personnel tracking for a global program supporting military transition activities. Tasks may include:

    • Manage relationship and coordination efforts with CALIBRE Human Resources
    • Provide weekly update to Project Control Lead on current and future project actions
    • Update personnel section of Weekly and Monthly status reports as needed
    • Update internal project management repositories with necessary documentation
    • Consolidate schedules/timelines received from project stakeholders
    • Manage schedules/timelines and review weekly with Project Control Lead
    • Create job requisitions for internal project openings
    • Work with subcontractor partners to identify and track staffing across the program
    • Work with Operations and other project staff to review candidates
    • Maintain project personnel rosters with current information
    • Track and maintain personnel and security documents required for project execution, including:
      • Background investigation packages and status
      • Non-disclosure agreements
      • Project and contractual training status
      • Personal Identification Verification card status
    • Assist with logistics related to onboarding and off boarding of personnel

     

     

    Required Skills

    • Develop and edit documents using Microsoft suite of products
    • Provide administrative support to client and project personnel
    • Coordinate meetings, briefs and presentations
    • Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills
    • Strong attention to detail

    Required Experience

     

    • Associates Degree / Bachelors or 4 - 5 years’ equivalent work experience

    Preferred Experience or Knowledge:

    • Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint
    • Experience with record keeping and document management
