Job Description

We are looking for a Phone And Social Media Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing customer questions, inquiries and comments via social media patforms, over the phone and email. Our client is a rapidly growing vegan beverage brand! 

• Location: Work from home 
• Shift: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm 
• Duration: Temporary 2-3 Months

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Customer Service Support (Phone, Email, Online) 
• Determine product demand and customer awareness
• Respond to various inquiries (Nutirional value, allegies, where to find, etc) 
• Communicate openly with the Marketing/Communications Team to proactively address and correct issues
• Review and optimize marketing budget
• Monitor and report on customer satisfaction
• Initiate internal processes for quality evaluation

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous Product Customer Service Experience 
• Tech proficient (you will use customer service online software Zendesk)
• Familiar with reporting and analytics (Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets)
• Excellent communication skills 
• Strong leadership qualities
• Deadline and detail-oriented
