    Job Description

    AJILON IS LOOKING FOR A PAYROLL HR SPECIALIST WITH ADP WORKFORCE NOW EXPERIENCE.

    THIS IS A REMOTE FULL-TIME POSITION, M-F. PAY IS BETWEEN $28-$30 HR DOE

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Will manage aspects of ADP Workforce Now and will be responsible to maintain data accuracy under the following modules: Payroll, Benefits, Reports, Onboarding, and Performance Review.

    Responsible for managing all report requests in the HRIS system and maintaining monthly HR analytics.

    Prepares and processes semi-monthly payroll in the US and Canada

    Work closely with the People Team regarding payroll /benefit-related items including benefit deductions, leave of absences, disability, COVID-19 related leave, and garnishments

    Respond to inquiries in a timely manner regarding payroll and benefits information and troubleshoot as necessary to resolve payroll and benefits concerns while delivering quality customer service

    Ability to analyze data and provide clear reporting and feedback

    Provide support to the Accounting Department with data requests or GL file preparation after each payroll

    Support SVP of People in the administration of employee benefits plans including medical, dental, life, vision, FSA Medical, and Dependent, 401K, etc. This includes supporting the monthly reconciliation of bills

    Prepare reports for Workers’ compensation audits and renewal

    Handles employee inquiries on benefits administration (i.e., qualifying events, enrollment questions, open enrollment meetings)

    Assists in the monitoring of carriers reports to ensure the company’s compliance with plan requirements

    Excellent time management skills and exceptional attention to detail

    Create and update physical and electronic personnel files

    Maintain employee files, and I-9 in accordance with state and federal law
