    Job Description

    We are seeking a Help Desk IT Support for a client in Valencia, CA. This position is a full-time Monday-Friday position and will require you to work onsite in Valencia, CA.  Reports into the IT Manager.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
    • Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
    • Recommend hardware and software improvements
    • Track customer issues and resolutions

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • At least 2+ years of experience working as a Help Desk/IT Admin
    • Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
    • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite and Citrix 
    • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
