    CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE 

    Ajilon is currently seeking a Call Center Representative with 2 or more years of experience for a Full-Time job at a well-established home appliance company in Gardena, CA. This is a great contract to hire role that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team.

     

    This role entails answering a high volume of incoming calls in a call center setting assisting customers with product troubleshooting.     Responsibilities:

    ·         Answering a high volume of incoming calls

    ·         Assisting customers with troubleshooting their products

     

    Qualifications:

    ·         2+ years’ experience working in a call center environment

    ·         Troubleshooting experience with a product line preferred

    ·         Bilingual Spanish preferred

     

    Skills:

    ·         Type 45WPM or more

    ·         Strong written/verbal communication

     

    Experience:

    ·         Minimum 2 years of related experience

     

    Employment Type: Full-Time

     

    Pay: $17-$19
