Ajilon is in search of a strong HR Assistant in the Rancho Cucamonga/Ontario, CA area. In this role you will assist with day-to-day needs for an employee-friendly HR department including onboarding, maintaining and updating employee records, and addressing employee concerns. This is a temp-hire opportunity with a great company that has maintain such an amazing reputation, $16-17.
Requirements:
- Manage the full-cycle college recruitment/intern program
- Build and foster relationships with local universities
- Process reports for Affirmative Action, Compensation, ect.
- Oversee company sponsored health and wellness program
- Other Administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ most recent years Human Resources experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office products; Excel, Office, Outlook
- Recruitment experience preferred
- Bilingual Spanish is a huge plus
- Maintain high-level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Perform work assignments that are of a technical, involved nature, requiring the use of judgment and independent thinking
- Degree is a must or getting close to finishing BA.
