WHOLESALE ACCOUNT MANAGER
Seeking a Wholesale Account Manager with 2+ years of experience in the mortgage industry specifically wholesale as an account manager or account coordinator. In this position you will be responsible for facilitating loans in process submitted to the company by wholesale loan brokers, from initial submission through to funding. This is a direct hire position with a mortgage company located in the Costa Mesa/Newport Beach area.
This role entails providing complete support to the account executive, broker and underwriting department to ensure loan packages are properly completed, submitted, corrected, and pushed through to funding. If you are looking for a new career opportunity—apply online today!
RESPONSIBILITIES: -Researching and verifying information about the loan applicant -Mapping out loan program parameters into the loan origination system -Collect all required documents for the loan package -Create the submission package for the Underwriting department -Satisfy the condition from Underwriting -Provide quality customer service to the wholesale account executive and loan broker -Manufacture high-quality loans in a timely manner -Responsible for keeping current on company and inventor loan program underwriting guideline requirements -Work directly with the wholesale loan broker to ensure the initial loan package is properly reflected in the loan origination system
QUALIFICATIONS: -Prior account management experience -2+ years of recent wholesale mortgage experience -Proficient at loan documents -Intermediate skills in loan package preparation -Strong typing skills — 40+ wpm preferred
COMPENSATION: $29.00-33.00 USD per hour plus per file bonus
POSITION TYPE: Full-Time, M-F, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
