ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily trust account bank reconciliations
• Daily lender account bank reconciliations
• Trust account review (escrow, loan servicing, holdback)
• Process checks and ACH payments received from borrowers for loan payments
• Process borrower loan payoffs
• Complete daily bank deposits online
• Print loan servicing checks
• Complete loan fee and holdback transfers
• Research and clear stale dated checks
•  Bank statement filling

SOFTWARE:

MS Suite (intermediate Excel)

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 1-2 years in the mortgage industry or recent grad with accounting/finance degree
