    Job Description

    We are seeking a detail oriented Front Office Assistant with a positive attitude and motivation to succeed in a fast-paced environment! The ideal candidate will be someone looking to grow with the company with a natural customer service aptitude. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Answer a high volume of incoming calls 
    • Perform administrative and clerical support work
    • Receive, sort, distribute mail
    • Receive and route calls, take messages, warmly greet and guide visitors
    • Type and accurately input documents and records
    •  Manage office supplies and order as needed

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • At least 2-3 years of front office experience in a professional setting
    • Bilingual Spanish is preferred 
    • MS Office Suite required, Excel, Word and Outlook
    • Proven experience in a fast-paced office setting
    • High volume call experience. Prior experience operating a switchboard is highly preferred
    • Punctual and detail oriented
