Paralegal- Remote

Ajilon is hiring a Paralegal to assist our client with the COVID-19 efforts for Knoxville, TN.  You will be reviewing legal and loan documents to assist with residential and or business loans, supporting Legal professionals supporting firms for the Pandemic response. This is a 6- month to one year temporary position to work REMOTELY .

DUTIES:

· Prepare and/or review legal or loan documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance to assist individual borrowers with residential and/or business loans

· Answer inquiries promptly, handle sensitive information securely and professionally and deal with controversial issues tactfully

· Present information clearly and professionally; produce well-written grammatically correct, error-free materials

· Contact colleagues or external customers regarding inquiries.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum one year of legal research experience

Minimum of one year of loan or legal document review experience

Outstanding Customer Service

Proficiency with a Personal Computer and Microsoft Office

Ability to work remotely with reliable internet

Bachelor Degree preferred or 2 years of education toward a degree in business, finance or legal related field.

Employment Type: Temporary, 40 hours a week

Work hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
