    Job Description

    ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER, ONSITE

     

    Ajilon is actively recruiting for a direct hire Assistant Project Manager in San Francisco, CA. Our client is an established commercial construction company. We are looking for a candidate that brings extensive experience with technical projects. As the ideal candidate, you will assist with managing portfolios, creating project schedules, reviewing engineering plans, interacting closely with architects and construction managers.     RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assist with project completion and present to potential clients
    • Responsible for reviewing submittals and coding jobsite filing
    • Schedule job walks, preparing RFPs and qualify bids
    • Create agreements and assist with city inspections

     

    QUALIFICATIONS 

    • Three years of construction project coordination experience required
    • Knowledge of construction techniques and procedures
    • Experience with Procore, Blue Beam, or PlanGrid preferred
    • Bachelor’s degree required
