We have two rolesopen with a Financial Institution in DTLA (Commercial Banking)!! They are desperate to find a Loan Servicing Specialist and Loan Servicing Manager, please find the JD attach for both roles and check the details below:

Role: Both roles sitting in DTLA (Parking covered)

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

Loan Servicing: $Pay$ $25 to 30/hr.

Loan Servicing Manager $Pay$ up to $40/hr.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Perform loan system input of all new/renewed and modified loans.

Perform loan system input of all maintenance to existing loans.

Daily reconciliation and verification of prior days’ loan system maintenance.

Process loan advances and paydowns.

Process loan demand statements.

Process loan participation entries and payment processing monthly.

Perform (limited) escrow analysis and disburse payments.

Perform SBA reporting and disbursement to Colson.

Perform monthly certifications at Accounting/Finance’s direction.

Work on special projects as assigned.

Perform other duties as assigned.
