OFFICE SUPPORT ASSISTANT

Ajilon is interviewing on behalf of a wireless company in South Phoenix. This company is in search of an office assistant to join their team. If you are a detail oriented administrative assistant, who makes customer and client needs top priority, this is the job for you!

This position is in office, and has a Monday-Friday schedule.

DAILY DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Provide service and support to customers and internal teams by phone, email and in person.
• Answer all inbound calls and emails in a timely fashion
• Create service tickets and maintain updates throughout the process
• Oversee repair process for customer equipment. Communicate any updates or delays to customer
• Issue and process invoices
• Process customer payments and handle any billing inquiries

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of administrative support experience
• Some customer service experience is preferred!
• An outgoing personality with a genuine desire for top notch customer service
