    Job Description

    Ajilon is looking to hire a Receptionist for an incredible client located in Garden Grove, CA. The ideal candidate provides a welcoming and inviting environment since they will be the face and voice of the company. The candidate will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Answer and direct phone calls
    • Distribute mail
    • Act as first point of contact for visitors

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bilingual - English/Spanish
    • High school diploma or relevant work experience
    • Ability to maintain a positive attitude
    • Excellent communication skills

    SKILLS

    • Friendly and Customer Service oriented
    • MS Office

    PAY:

    • $16-18 per hour

    HOURS OF OPERATION:

    • In-person
    • Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm PST
