Ajilon is currently partnering with an organization in Washington, DC looking at add Customer Service Specialist to the team. This is a contract to hire opportunity. The position is paying $16-$17 based on experience and can start ASAP. Please apply for more details!

Job Responsibilities:

• Working directly with clients to help determine their needs
• Managing order processing from start to finish including determining client’s needs, ensuring the accuracy of orders, and keeping clients up to date
• Phone etiquette with high call volume
• Multi-tasker
• Punctual
• Working closely with the sales and production teams to track timelines
• Other duties, as assigned

Job Qualifications:

• Ability to handle multiple projects at once
• Excellent attention to detail
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal
