    JOB SUMMARY:  The Infor Applications (ERP) Analyst provides primary support for implementation and enhancement projects and issue resolution for the Lawson Finance, Lawson Supply Chain, and Infor Global HR applications.  Provides analysis and functional support of the Infor Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.  Serves as the primary analyst for one or more functional areas of the ERP system (i.e., finance and accounting, supply chain management, or human capital management).  Provides routine assistance in resolving application issues or problems, managing documentation and training resources, and partnering with business clients/business owners to address their ERP-related needs.

     

    REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES

    • Develops technical subject matter expertise in both deployed and planned ANTHC Infor application modules, assisting all teams to fully realize the benefits from ERP system capabilities.  Understands interdependencies between finance, supply chain, and human capital modules and business processes.
    • Provides functional and technical support to business users.  Identifies, evaluates, researches, resolves, and/or escalates user problems.  Responds to business questions, and provides functional education and documentation to business, in line with ANTHC standards, to prevent future problems and maximize benefits.
    • Identifies user requirements and works with the business to translate them into functional specifications with an emphasis on leveraging delivered functionality with minimal customization.  Guides design to meet standards while ensuring ease of use.  Helps design and configure systems to ensure the smooth and accurate flow of data.  Partners with technical team to clarify and deliver requested solutions.
    • Manages user expectations and communication to business on assigned project and/or issues.  Assists in the prioritization of business requests. 
    • Supports technical team with application releases and upgrades.  Participates in deployments and upgrades of modules supporting functional and technical teams.
    • Act as leader on limited complexity projects as assigned.

     

    KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

    • Advanced SQL database management and maintenance skills.
    • Detailed analytical abilities.
    • Strong experience in SDLC specifically testing and project management.
    • Practical application ability with Microsoft Office, Project, and Visio.
    • Skill in managing multiple priorities and tasks concurrently and meeting deadlines.
    • Skill in written and verbal communications.

    Required Skills

    MINIMUM EDUCATION QUALIFICATION

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or related discipline. Progressively responsible professional/exempt work experience may be substituted on a year-for year basis for college education.

     

    MINIMUM EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION

    • One (1) year of functional/technical experience supporting an ERP system.

     

    PREFERRED EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION

    • An in-depth understanding of Infor ERP applications for finance, supply chain, and/or human capital
    • Relevant experience with healthcare business operations
    • Experience with an Enterprise Content Management (ECM)/document management system.
    • Experience with third party applications such as MHC (document management), Kronos (timekeeping), GHX (EDI), and BSI Tax Factory.

     

    ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Depending on the needs of the organization, some incumbents in this job class may be required to obtain additional certifications or training in one or more specialty areas.

     

    WORKING CONDITIONS

    The following demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job: 

    • Location in Anchorage, Alaska preferred. Relocation assistance available.  Remote work arrangements can not be considered.
    • ANMC is not a latex free facility; an employee should expect to work in an environment where latex may be present.
    • May be required to work outside the traditional work schedule.
    • May be called out to work off-shift in emergency situations.
