  • Responsibilities

    This position works from 6pm - 2am

    Responsibilities:

    • Plans, organizes, staffs, directs, supervises and controls the daily manufacturing and/or support functions with the manufacturing plant.
    • Supports employees to achieve plant objectives by actively identifying goals, as well as barriers to reaching those goals and taking steps to eliminate them.
    • Develops and implements operating methods and procedures.
    • Initiates personnel actions, i.e. promotions, transfers, hiring/selection, separations and disciplinary actions.
    • Provides an environment conducive to employee involvement by providing vision, generating commitment, encouraging work redesign, and facilitating empowerment/ennoblement of employees.
    • Provide counseling and assistance in job related tasks associated with participate management, team facilitation, team leadership, and team membership.
    • Identify need for and provide training in necessary interpersonal and problem solving skills.
    • Establishes production and quality control standards.
    • Coordinates production activities with other functions/departments.
    • Demonstrates positive leadership characteristics and ensures continuous development of staff through principles of performance management.

    Required Experience

    • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Organizational Management, Business Communications, or similar preferred.

    Salary Disclaimer:

    The national pay range for this role is $57,100to $93,100/ year. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
