Talent Bank Temporary Pool - Intermittent - Various Departments (20181607) Tracking Code 20181607 Job Description JOB SUMMARY: The Talent Bank is a pool of entry-level Alaska Natives and American Indians working intermittently or on a temporary basis at ANTHC to explore, build, and further their clerical careers. Under close supervision, provides clerical support including but not limited to answering phones, customer service, filing, and processing of paperwork for various department. REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES: Works on an on-call basis with varying departments and divisions at the discretion of the manager, Talent Bank Coordinator and employee.Clerical job duties will vary dependent on assignment.Performs other duties as assigned or required. Required Skills Knowledge general clerical skills Knowledge of the Alaska Tribal Health System and the people it serves. Knowledge of applicable computer system software programs and office equipment. Skill in operating a personal computer utilizing various software including electronic spreadsheets and database applications. Skill in working independently, multitasking, prioritizing projects, and meeting deadlines when required. Skill in establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with others. Skill in critical thinking and adaptability. Required Experience MINIMUM EDUCATION QUALIFICATION A high school diploma or GED equivalent. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION No experience required. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS May be required to work outside the traditional work schedule. May be required to work in patient care areas.
