RRD’s Corporate FP&A department is currently seeking a Financial Analyst to assist with company-wide reporting, analysis and planning as well as financial activities within our Corporate cost centers. This role will interact with leaders across the organization, require attention to detail and critical thinking skills.

This role is remote but you must reside within the Warrenville, IL area or within commutable distance from our office.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Work is typically performed under minimal daily supervision, receiving guidance from manager/supervisor about the work that needs to be completed. Able to exercise high level of discretion and latitude in completing tasks.

• Prepares consolidated reporting, waterfall charts and various other financial statements and reports
• Performs analyses of actual, forecast and budget results with a focus on key business factors driving financial performance to aid decision-making by senior management
• Partners with business unit finance leaders to continually improve the budgeting and forecasting processes from all aspects
• Responsible for the reconciliation of financial measures and general ledger accounts
• Serves as resource for Corporate cost center owners in assisting with planning and cost management
• Coordinates accounting matters with shared services
• Participates in special projects and performs other ad hoc duties as assigned

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 3-5 years of related work experience required
• Management (HFM), Essbase and SAP experience a plus
