RRD'S SHARED SERVICES ACCOUNTING CENTER HAS AN AMAZING OPPORTUNITY FOR A BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST!
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE IN THE NASHVILLE, TN AREA AS THIS POSITION WILL BE A HYBRID OF BOTH IN-OFFICE AND REMOTE WORK.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Apply knowledge of business processes and technology in support of invoice processing, check printing, reimbursable expense processing, corporate travel and purchase card management, and other accounting related systems and processes. Expected to understand the reason associated with each process, i.e. the why and the how.
- Provide technical support to local and remote users for ImageNow (document imaging), C-Series (check printing), SAP Concur (business expenses and travel management) and other financial applications.
- Assist more senior BA’s in liaising between internal customers, management, and functional IT departments during various phases of development efforts for multiple business initiatives
- Collection and analysis of accounting center key performance indicator data.
- Assist in gathering and documenting of detailed business requirements
- Assist in detailed documenting of business processes
- Assist with user training for supported applications or on an ad-hoc basis
- Effectively communicate project status updates for assigned projects
- Assist team in the creation of functional requirements from a business user perspective that are then coordinated with technical design and development teams in IT
- Perform detailed testing of new processes with documented results
- Gain and exhibit proficiency in use, administration and support of assigned systems and technology
- Perform other duties as assigned by Nashville Shared Services management
Required Skills
- BS degree preferred
- Experience and/or knowledge of business analysis and project management methodology preferred
- Accounting or finance acumen
- Working knowledge of one or more of the following accounting areas: GL Accounting, T&E Reimbursement, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- Ability to conduct meetings and use inter-personal skills to further project
- Ability to travel domestically (if needed)
