THIS POSITION FOCUSES ON THE HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY. KNOWLEDGE IN THE HEALTHCARE FIELD IS A PLUS.
You will be given a book of already existing business, relationships and sales. You will be expected to grow through prospecting and building off of those relationships and grow the overall business.
- Build a consultative relationship with your clients and be expected to continue that relationship long-term in a continual sale process.
- Be required to sell all of RRD's products and services and work in collaboration with other business units and subject matter experts to grow.

- Takes and makes both outbound and inbound calls & emails introducing and promoting business solutions including up-selling and cross-selling to higher value offerings.
- Advance Sales process based on the Marketing / Account information on the customers' business/operational needs, selling stock and Custom Solutions to meet those needs.
- Analyze market data provided and develop a solution suite for customers
- Establishes effective customer relations and employs Strategic Selling principles.
- Identifies and develops new customer relationships that result in new business opportunities and profitable growth for the Company.
- Determines and communicates product prices to customers and prospects
- Expectation is to meet a minimum established amount of sales revenue per month and generate a minimum established number of outbound sales calls per day.
- Excellent training program to start and ongoing training throughout.
