RRD IS LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED IT GOVERNANCE SPECIALIST TO JOIN OUR TEAM!
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE BASED IN THE CHICAGOLAND AREA.
POSITION SUMMARY
Plan and coordinate audits for a new environment. Responsible for ensuring adherence to specific requirements and the established Global Information Security Policy, Standards and Procedures. The position will facilitate continual process improvements and evolution as it relates to changes in technology and services provided to customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES

- Create an audit plan based on specific requirements for a new environment with approximately 50 endpoints.
- Work across teams to ensure understanding of requirements, and to verify controls are in place.
- Facilitate evidence gathering for external auditors, and assist internal teams by ensuring correct information is obtained for auditor requests.
- Monitor/Administer Change Management procedures to ensure that changes are properly recorded.
- Design and generate client facing compliance report
- Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
Required Skills
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or discipline related to functional work or role with 7-10 years of relevant work experience OR demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through a comparable number of years of applicable work experience.
- Prior experience facilitating IT audits is required.
- IT Audit Certification such as CISA is required..
- Must be able to recognize anomalies and critical situations and respond appropriately.
- Must be able to communicate and interact with a variety of internal/external customers.
- Experience auditing AWS environments with containers preferred.
- Able to apply strong functional computer knowledge in utilizing technical tools in completing assignments. May require knowledge of or ability to quickly learn specialized software to complete work assignments.
