Grants Administrator - Anchorage, Alaska - Chugachmiut
Under the supervision of the Deputy Director. Functions as a program manager for grant writing & grants administration functions of Chugachmiut. Assignments will be performed with considerable independence, initiative & creativity. Ensures that all communications for which he/she is responsible, both written & verbal, meet the highest standards of accuracy & professionalism. Supervises the Tribal Grants Writer, ensuring collaboration & meeting the grant requirements of the regional communities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business management, or related field.
Three years of progressively responsible experience related to the work is required.
A combination of work experience, education, and conclusively demonstrating the ability to do the work may be substituted for a degree.
Evidence of significant successful program management and grant/proposal development.
Must have demonstrated proficiency in the areas of writing, proofreading, quality control, and attention to detail.Hours Worked:
8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with one hour for lunch.
This is a full-time 37.5 hours per week, 1950 hours per year position.
