    RRD IS LOOKING FOR AN ENERGETIC, AND HIGHLY MOTIVATED TEAM MEMBER TO JOIN OUR TEAM AT OUR WEST CHESTER FACILITY! WE WILL PROVIDE FULL TRAINING, AND A SIGN-ON BONUS OF $1,000 FOR THOSE THAT SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE THEIR PROBATION PERIOD!

     

    Ensure paper or raw materials (inks, glues, etc.) are loaded into feeders, hoppers, bins, etc. to supply a constant flow of materials while the equipment is running.  Make adjustments to equipment such as feeder mechanism based on the size of the paper.  Deliver equipment components such as plates or spray heads to the equipment for installation.  Recycle old/discarded plates.  Provide basic assistance as needed to make-ready the equipment for operation.  Assist with retrieving plates, hanging plates and recylcling/storing plates and other tasks associated with make-ready of the plates.

    Requires basic knowledge of presswork procedures and materials learned through on the job training.  Ability to follow instructions to assist in press set up, operation and maintenance.  Able to operate hand carts, pallet jacks, stackers, and hydraulic feed mechanisms.

  • Qualifications

    Education

     

    • Masters in Counseling/Addiction Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or related field required.
    • License/Certification
    • Licensed as a LPC, LCSW, Psych Associate or similar in Alaska.
    • Valid Alaska Driver License and must remain insurable under the Tribe’s policy.

     

    Special Skills

     

    • Excellent interpersonal communications, public speaking, and presentation skills.
    • Demonstrated proficiency at clinical writing skills, with willingness to submit a writing sample.
    • Knowledge of child protection and ICWA laws.
    • Must be willing to become familiar with Tribal Court Codes.
    • Knowledge of HIPAA and 42 CFR, Part 2 regulations.

     

    Preferred

     

    • Certification as State of Alaska Chemical Dependency Counselor I.
    • Knowledge of the Tribal Behavioral Health Aide/CHAP system.
