Oversee Bindery department middle shift with the objective of ensuring that safety procedures are followed by all employees and maximizing productivity of quality products while minimizing costs. Ensure that all processes are being followed in the completion of work tasks. Provide instruction and guidance to employees and audit work processes and products to confirm production specifications are met. Oversee operations, maintenance, and purchase and stocking of supplies and raw materials. Maintain and update daily production records and produce reports as necessary.
Required Skills:
Ability to read and interpret work instructions. Read safety rules, instructions in the use and maintenance of shop tools and equipment and methods and procedures in mechanical drawing and layout work.
Thorough knowledge of large commercial bindery equipment such as folders, cutters, taping machines
Ability to communicate effectively with all level of team memebrs
Ability to read and make mathematical computations as relates to bindery operations.
Ability to provide strong leadership, work in a team environment, have excellent problem-solving ability, be reliable and have strong attention to detail.
Ability to work all shifts and overtime as required based upon production demands.
With or without an accommodation must be able to lift and handle materials of 40+ lbs, while pushing, pulling, reaching, lifting and twisting.

Required Skills Required Experience
Master’s Degree in a Health, Human Services, Psychology, or Social Services discipline, and current (or eligible for) for receiving State licensure as LPC, LCPC, or LCSW, LMSW. Additional certifications in Chemical Dependency Counseling or specific advanced education in Addictions Counseling preferred.
Work experience 3+ years post-graduate degree preferred.
