INTERNSHIP-Technical Support IT Engineer INTERN Aligned Telehealth, Inc.

• Calabasas, CA Full-time, Internship Aligned Telehealth, Inc. provides telepsychiatry and behavioral health hospitalist services across the United States. This opportunity is for an onsite, PAID INTERNSHIP. It can easily grow into a full time, paid position. We are looking for an energetic, tech-savvy person to work 3 days per week, 8 hours per day in Calabasas, CA. Description: As the Technical Support Engineer, you will be the front line of IT Support. Youll support our internal customers (local and remote users) with the setup, maintenance, and management of their computer systems, networking, mobile devices, and applications. You will maintain and manage the IT Infrastructure of the company and ensure the availability of applications and services 24x7. Handle first-level incident/problem determination and resolution on a 24x7 basis Service incidents and queries within the agreed service levels. Timely escalation of incidents to higher levels when required. Job Requirements: * 1-2 Years of Experience working in IT Support role (College freshmen can also apply) * Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products * Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues (networking, computer systems, applications, etc.) Basic configuration and maintenance of network switches, routers, and firewalls. * Comfortable working in a mixed technology environment (Windows, macOS, iOS, etc.) * Ability to assist and support users remotely and in-person to troubleshoot and resolve hardware related problems in desktops and associated peripherals * Should have the basic understanding of Windows Domains and Exchange server or other mail systems. * Will be backing up computers/ servers periodically and proper documentation of the same. * MIS of all hardware material purchased and their vendors.
