ALL BETTER TOGETHER IS SEEKING A FULL-TIME BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN TO JOIN OUR TEAM. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FOLLOWING THE TREATMENT PLAN AND IMPLEMENTING BEHAVIORAL INTERVENTIONS FOR CHILDREN WITH AUTISM. You will work in your clients’ homes, schools, or community settings in the East Bay, rather than a clinic. The successful candidate will share our commitment to providing excellent ABA services and helping each client achieve their full potential.

$250 SIGN ON BONUS!

Pay starts at $22 per hour for less experienced behavior technicians and up to $25 for those with more experience. 

Our team is trained to high standards in the field of applied behavior analysis, and find fulfillment in seeing their clients progress. They are enthusiastic about the real world outcomes that can be achieved through high quality ABA programs and dedicated to the important role they play in making their clients’ progress possible every day.

For this position, you must be available to work between 12:00-8:00 six days per week for a reliable and consistent full-time schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Working with children

·       Implementing behavior support plans as prescribed by Clinical Program Manager

·       Managing and responding to challenging behaviors according to the plan

·       Inputting valid behavior data and accurate clinical documentation into our digital data collection platform

·       Maintaining appropriate professional boundaries with clients, their families, and staff

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

·       6+ months experience working in ABA implementing behavior support plans under the supervision of a BCBA

·       Experience working with children

·       Degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (or near completion)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

·       Previous experience working in ABA implementing behavior support plans under the supervision of a BCBA

·       Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, car insurance, clean driving record

·       TB test, MMR and Tdap immunizations, background check, reference check

·       Able to lift 50 lbs. Able to stand/sit/kneel for extended periods of time

·       Available to work 12:00 to 8:00 Monday to Saturda

PAY
