    YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FOLLOWING THE TREATMENT PLAN AND IMPLEMENTING BEHAVIORAL INTERVENTIONS FOR CHILDREN WITH AUTISM. You will work in your clients’ homes, schools, or community settings in the East Bay. The successful candidate will share our commitment to providing excellent ABA services and understand the importance of their role in supporting children with autism.

    Pay is $22 to $26 per hour for experienced behavior technicians. Pay for inexperienced behavior technicians will depend on experience, education, and skills.

    Must be available to work Monday to Saturday afternoons and early evenings for a reliable and consistent full-time schedule of 30+ hours per week.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · Work with children with autism

    · Implement behavior support plans as prescribed by Clinical Program Manager

    · Manage and respond to challenging behaviors according to the plan

    · Input valid behavior data and accurate clinical documentation into our digital data collection platform

    · Maintain appropriate professional boundaries with clients, their families, and staff

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    · 6+ months experience working in ABA implementing behavior support plans under the supervision of a BCBA

    · Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

    · Experience working with children

    · Degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (or near completion)

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    · Available to work at least 6 days per week, with availability at least Monday through Friday 1:00-7:30 and one weekend day morning OR afternoon

    · Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, car insurance, clean driving record

    · TB test, MMR and Tdap immunizations, background check, reference check

    · COVID-19 Vaccination

    · Able to lift 50 lbs. Able to stand/sit/kneel for extended periods of time
