    YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FOLLOWING THE TREATMENT PLAN AND IMPLEMENTING BEHAVIORAL INTERVENTIONS FOR CHILDREN WITH AUTISM. You will work in your clients’ homes, schools, or community settings in the East Bay. The successful candidate will share our commitment to providing excellent ABA services and understand the importance of their role in supporting children with autism.

    Pay starts at $22 per hour for less experienced behavior technicians and up to $25 for those with more experience. Inexperienced behavior technicians can expect to start at $20 to $22 per hour depending on background and education.

    Preference given to individuals with availability to work between 2:00-7:30 at least four days per week for a reliable and consistent part-time schedule of 15 to 25 hours per week.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · Work with children with autism

    · Implement behavior support plans as prescribed by Clinical Program Manager

    · Manage and respond to challenging behaviors according to the plan

    · Input valid behavior data and accurate clinical documentation into our digital data collection platform

    · Maintain appropriate professional boundaries with clients, their families, and staff

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    · 6+ months experience working in ABA implementing behavior support plans under the supervision of a BCBA

    · Experience working with children

    · Degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (or near completion)

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    · Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, car insurance, clean driving record

    · TB test, MMR and Tdap immunizations, background check, reference check

    · COVID-19 Vaccination

    · Able to lift 50 lbs. Able to stand/sit/kneel for extended periods of time

    PAY

    · $22 to $25 per hour for experienced candidates. $20 to $22 per hour for inexperienced candidates. Based on experience, education, and background.
