    We are bringing innovation to a stagnant industry and are looking for a high energy Recruiter to join our team. Along with a highly engaged leadership team you will recruit EMT's & Paramedics that will grow our New Jersey & Pennsylvania market. Given we are a purpose driven company it would be great if you had present or past experience serving in emergency services, Firefighter, EMT-B or Paramedic certification a plus

    RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Source candidates, screen resumes, and schedule and perform phone interviews with candidates
    • Develop, monitor, enhance employee driven recruitment, referral, retention and awareness programs.
    • Develop relationships with local schools and training program 
    • Write and post advertisements, and utilize social media sourcing methods for recruitment, interviewing scheduling and performing reference checks
    • Participate in regular team meetings to determine recruitment strategies and provide updates
    • Assist with on-boarding process and ensure positive interview and new-hire experience for all candidates
    • Performs other duties as required

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • At least 1 year of high-volume full-cycle recruiting experience preferably in Health Care

    • Experience working in a small business environment

    • Strong communication skills, energetic personality, and the ability to be self-reliant and super-resourceful

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

    • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

    • Travel to staff, public and training center locations throughout the Greater Philadelphia and New Jersey areas.
