Perform administrative duties such as photocopying documents, operating office equipment, opening and routing mail, preparing outgoing mail, and screens incoming phone calls. Answer routine questions and forward inquiries to appropriate department or business unit. Appropriate administrative logs for faxes, deliveries, shipments, etc. 2. Assist in the preparation of correspondence. May tabulate and post data in record book or spreadsheet. File and maintain reports and correspondence. 3. Receive and greet visitors. Direct them to the appropriate place or staff member. May issue control badges as required and record visitors arrival and departure. 4. May maintain inventory and coordinate the ordering of all commonly used office supplies. Shift is Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday - hours variable Qualifications: Education: High School or equivalent required Experience: Minimum 3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required. Skills amp; Abilities: Good verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of personal computer use, Microsoft Office Suite, and use of basic office equipment. Standard typing skills required. Ability to work on a team. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle or feel; and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
