Pay (CDL qualified)- $14.61 hour QUALIFICATIONS:nbsp; This is a UNION based position only. Qualified applicants must be comfortable driving a Sprinter, Box Truck and Cargo Truck CDL qualified applicants will be driving a bus High school diploma or equivalent is required. Ability to lift/push more than 75lbs Basic Computer skills. A current valid driver's license and good driving record is required (commercial driver's license may be required). Previous large vehicle/truck driving experience is preferred. May be required to pass DOT physical and related requirements.nbsp; Basic computer skills are required. Effective verbal communication and public relations skills are required. Ability to work a VARIABLE work schedule that could include weekends and holidays is required. Key performance objectives for the MUA include: * CDL License is required * An MUA has a high level of customer service and goes above and beyond to ensure that all donors have an optimum donor experience. * The ability to lift up to 75lbs on a regular basis as MUAs drive to various locations, set up, tear down and packs the blood drive. * Desire to be cross trained as a phlebotomist. * Ability to remain flexible to work a highly variable schedule that includes early start times, late end times,nbsp;weekendsnbsp;amp; holidays to meet the needs of our blood drive sponsors and donors. * Take the time to personally connect with donors listen to their stories and help them understand the value of their donation * Take care of your team members show up for every shift and give 100% while youre there. * Contribute to a friendly and fun environment.
