Professional services to be provided to meet the psychosocial needs of the patient may include, but are not limited to, psychosocial assessments, brief treatment/counseling, crisis interventions, case consultation, patient education, resource management, assistance with discharge planning, and support groups. The Social Worker is an integral part of the interdisciplinary team, providing mental health expertise in addition to community outreach, networking, and liaison with community programs as needed. Qualifications MSW, MFCC or LMFT degree from an accredited school required.Two years acute or related medical care experience preferred.LCSW preferred.Healthcare Provider CPR required.
