    Johnson & Johnson Consumer, Inc., a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting for an ANALYST, FRANCHISE INTEGRATION.

    Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Consumer Health business to create a new publicly traded company. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 24 months, and it will be subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as required, and other customary conditions, and approvals.

    Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of a new entity within New Consumer Health and your employment would be governed by New Consumer Health’s employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by New Consumer Health at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.

    Johnson & Johnson Deliver Group is part of Johnson & Johnson’s global Supply Chain organization supporting operations across all of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies. Deliver strives to deliver an exceptional customer experience through leading critical customer-facing-functions such as customer service, distribution and transportation. In addition, Deliver oversees critical business enablers, including how we gather and manage supply chain master data, safe and secure supply chain practices, product identification standards, and market/channel access capabilities. It supports all three sectors of Johnson & Johnson: Medical Devices (including Vision), Pharmaceutical, and Consumer Products. Located in every region of the world where Johnson & Johnson operates, Deliver is a critical component of our supply chain, working collaboratively to ensure that quality, safety and the experience of our customers is our top priority.

    As the Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the relationship between the Franchise (Supply Chain, Commercial and Quality) organizations back into the Deliver function, serving as the conduit of information flowing in/out of Deliver. You will also represent Customer and Deliver requirements related to product lifecycle management and inbound/outbound processes; providing product design input in new product development, inventory allocation to the customer, and recall/withdrawal management.

    YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide Franchise support and subject matter expertise in business processes and systems.

    • Focus areas include: Order to Cash system capability, quality, and business processes, which entails identifying/prioritizing systemic problems and improvement opportunities, providing business process knowledge to support new processes and designs, and translating business requirements into system requirements.

    • Utilize analytical skills to identify and execute process improvements.

    • Develop and utilize project management skills to support Deliver and the Franchise Teams.

    • Assist in development and execution of New Product and Lifecycle Management project plans, project deliverables and timelines.

    • Devise control plans to enable fast and reliable business decisions by management.

    • Develop skills for cost-benefit analyses and/or compliance and provide strategic recommendations to Franchise Teams.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree by June 1st 2022 REQUIRED; focused degree PREFERRED in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology, Logistics, and/or Operations

    • Minimum ONE (1) year of relevant experience (includes any co-op experience) PREFERRED

    • Experience PREFERRED in at least one of the following areas: Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, and/or Engineering

    • Intermediate Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables STRONGLY PREFERRED; advanced experience manipulating data with Excel macros is HELPFUL

    • Order Management process and/or ERP experience (such as SAP) is STRONGLY PREFERRED

    • Ability to work in complex, highly matrix, virtual, organization where priorities change rapidly and tight deadlines exist

    • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and implement approved strategies to drive value

    • Strong collaboration skills, able to influence without authority, and have a creative mindset

    • Demonstrated successful negotiation and conflict resolution abilities

    • Demonstrated customer passion, customer-centric mindset

    • A strong analytical background and solid analytical skills

    • LOCATION & TRAVEL REQUIRED: Skillman, NJ or Fort Washington, PA and up to 10% domestic travel
