The Vein to Vein team's patient-centric work is right in the middle of the action supporting both the Clinical & Commercial organizations early on from patient enrollment and order submission through to the treatment delivery and patient infusion. Our team plans demand actualization for manufacturing on a by-patient basis. We also manage the Chain of Identity (COI) and Chain of Custody (COC) for each patient and support the Customer Order Management Process. These are vital elements of the Autologous Cell Therapy Treatment Experience that you will encounter as a V2V Supply Chain Analyst.
Key responsibilities:
Supporting logistics and material movement, including Manufacturing shipments both inbound and outbound, especially to offsite storage locations.
Supporting the COC/COI process for all patients; Maintain COC/COI system user accounts; Track, review, and close records.
Conducting Temperature Monitoring for all shipments and manage the temperature excursion process.
Maintaining turnaround time on planning system transactions to support commercial order flow, including the NDC Conversion and delivery process.
Fostering cross-functional partnership with Manufacturing, Planning, Quality, Warehouse, Global Cell Collection, and External Quality to ensure a positive customer experience.
Recommending revisions to Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions as needed; work on continuous process flow improvement.
Performing tasks in a manner consistent with safety policies, quality systems, and cGMP requirements.
Supporting End-to-End Order Management process where needed.

Required:
Up to two (2) years of relevant work experience.
Clear ability to summarize and present results.
Proficient in clear and effective communication for all levels of the organization; good written and verbal communications skills.
Fosters continuous learning and development environment through effective feedback, self-awareness, and sharing lessons learned.
Preferred:
Supply Chain experience and/or basic understanding of supply chain concepts.
Experience with Supply Chain Planning Systems.
Experience in Cross-Functional environment.
