CLIENT – ASHLAND (Alzheimer’s/Dementia/Behavioral)

Schedule: Evening — Weekdays

Care Needs:

Medication reminders

Cueing for dressing and showering

Standby assistance for showering and toileting

Light housekeeping

Meal preparation

Companionship and engagement

Support with caring for the client’s dog

Ability to accompany client to medical appointments when needed

MUST HAVE FOR EMPLOYMENT

To ensure safety, reliability, and high‑quality care, all applicants must meet the following employment requirements:

Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license

Proof of active auto insurance

Reliable, personally‑owned vehicle

Must currently reside in Pennsylvania

Minimum age of 18

Ability to pass all required background checks

Consistent attendance and punctuality

Professional, respectful communication with clients, families, and office staff

Ability to follow care plans and maintain client safety at all times
