Our Assistant Teachers help create a nurturing environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn through play. Building strong relationships with children and partnering with families are at the heart of what we do.

    We are seeking compassionate and patient Assistant Teachers to support classrooms across all age groups—from Infants to Preschool.     Responsibilities

    Assist Lead Teachers in creating welcoming, engaging classroom spaces for children to learn, play, and grow.

    Support the implementation of our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, adapting to the unique needs of Infants, Toddlers, and Preschoolers.

    Help maintain a safe, nurturing environment where children can explore and thrive.

    Provide support in monitoring developmental milestones and assisting with classroom activities.

    Communicate with parents and families, sharing updates and supporting positive relationships.

    Collaborate with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, engagement, and overall success.

    Foster teamwork and contribute to a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.

    Qualifications

    Education: High School Diploma (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred).

    Experience: Previous experience working in a childcare or educational setting is highly preferred.

    Skills: Excellent communication, organization, time management and interpersonal skills, patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.

    Certifications: CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
