Assistant Vice President of Integrated Clinical Services

Riverside Community Care is seeking an innovative clinical leader to serve as the Assistant Vice President of Integrated Clinical Services within our Developmental & Cognitive Services Division (DCS). This is a high-impact leadership role focused on building and integrating clinical systems that elevate quality, promote accountability, and ensure person-centered, trauma-informed care is woven into the daily fabric of program operations. The AVP will provide senior oversight for nursing, behavioral, and consultative supports across 40+ programs and will partner closely with operational leadership to strengthen clinical alignment, risk oversight, and regulatory readiness.

At the heart of this role is systems thinking. The AVP of Integrated Clinical Services is responsible for designing sustainable, division-wide clinical practices that are proactive, data-informed, and deeply connected to the realities of frontline service. This leader will champion PBS-aligned, equity-driven approaches, supervise interdisciplinary clinical teams, and ensure that clinical excellence is a driving force in how we best support the individuals we serve.

The AVP of Integrated Clinical Services will:

    • Oversee and integrate clinical services, including behavioral health, nursing, and consultation
    • Supervise and coach RNs, BCBAs, and clinical consultants
    • Collaborate with the AVP of Operational Support to align clinical and operational systems
    • Lead the division’s clinical risk management strategy and licensing readiness planning
    • Design systems for clinical quality, PBS implementation, and interdisciplinary collaboration
    • Serve as a key thought partner to the VP on clinical trends and system improvement

Schedule: Monday through Friday 9am-5pm (40 hrs)
