We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide's to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care to patients in their homes, promoting independence, and improving their overall quality of life.
Caregiver Responsibilities:
Bringing positive energy into each home you serve.
Assist with Activities of Daily Living ADLS (Personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, toileting, etc.).
Light housekeeping
Meal planning, preparation, and feeding (If needed)
Medication reminders.
Transport/Accompany clients to medical appointments or social outings
Skills:
Must have superb communication skills to be able to speak to the branch office weekly regarding schedule
Ability to provide physical assistance, including lifting and transferring clients.
Patience and understanding when working with clients who may have cognitive or behavioral challenges
Ability to have empathy and compassion for individuals in need of care
