    This position will assist the Business Improvement team in assessing, planning and executing strategic and operational excellence initiatives across the enterprise. The Associate Business Analyst will work with management to understand business processes, controls and related risks and help develop and implement short and long-term solutions. Associate Business Analysts will work across functions and roles to analyze data, document processes, assess effectiveness of business controls and recommend improvements. This position will support implementation of recommendations and monitor effectiveness of solutions.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Assess processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and profitability
    • Assist management and business units with implementation of solutions from beginning to end
    • Monitor effectiveness of solutions and ensure controls are in place
    • Effective and timely communication with management and key stakeholders
    • Working across roles and business units to accomplish project goals
    • Process documentation and mapping
    • Collect and analyze data from multiple sources and recommend improvements for effective management

  • Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

    • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
    • Ability to gather and analyze data and draw conclusions from various sources
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely both in verbal and written form
    • Ability to navigate matrixed and complex environments in and across teams
    • Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    • Ability to travel - 10-20%. Travel is possible but not guaranteed during internship
    • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization (F-1 students with practical training and candidates requiring H-1Bs, TNs, etc. will not be considered)
