    Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, Downstream – MIS/Degen Spine, the role of this Associate Marketing Manager is to support the commercial execution of the spine business’ global strategy pertaining to minimally invasive and degenerative spine pathologies, inclusive of anterior and posterior minimally invasive procedures and other degenerative pathologies. This individual will partner with key stakeholders and execute downstream marketing efforts to drive overall commercial success for the MIS/Degen spine portfolio in both the US and globally.

    RESPONSIBILITIES :

    • Support commercial strategies for the Minimally Invasive/ Degenerative Spine (MIS/Degen) portfolio to achieve business plans: portfolio under management includes anterior & posterior interbody systems, complimentary enabling technology (i.e., TELIGEN Spine System) and ancillary products (sales agency, distribution products). Primary focus will be on CONDUIT, J&J MedTech Spine flagship interbody platform and core interbody portfolios
    • Partner with upstream marketing, R&D, sales, supply chain, professional education, regional partners and others to develop and lead commercial strategies, portfolio management and launch excellence for MIS/Degen spine across the globe.
    • Support and develop sustainable relationships with worldwide KOL's, Sales, Marketing, and Regional leadership.
    • Support and execute FSO training strategy and go to market plans.
    • Create marketing materials, manage through copy approval process and work with partners to disseminate through multiple channels.
    • Partner with commercial leaders to develop and drive growth strategies at the surgeon, account, healthcare system, GPO/IDN, etc. level.
    • Support and execute pricing strategy for Interbody product launches enabling contract readiness for market access
    • Deep understanding of the full minimally invasive and interbody portfolio (cervical and thoracolumbar solutions) and competitor landscape.
    • Incorporate DE&I efforts (e.g. Women in Spine) into commercial efforts.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required. MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
    • Minimum of 4 years total progressive business experience is required.
    • Experience in Marketing, R&D, Sales is preferred.
    • Minimum of 3 years healthcare experience or medical device experience is preferred.
    • Proven strong collaboration skills to effectively partner with regional and global business partners.
    • Digital marketing experience is preferred.
    • Strong ability to connect global strategy to commercial execution is preferred.
    • Understanding of business processes involved in operating in medical devices, enabling technology and/or digital space is preferred.
    • Key performance areas include communication skills, product management, analytical skills, successful team player and ability to influence others.
    • Creative thinking and strong customer centric problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication, presentation skills and ability to influence others.
    • Ability to establish and maintain credibility as a knowledgeable business partner.
    • Ability to work within a matrix organization and to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
    • Track record of career advancement and exceeding expectations.
    • Ability to travel up to 40% is required.

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is $91,000 to $147,200

    The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

    Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

    · Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year

    · Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year

    · Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year

    · Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
