The CRM Associate role will join Oticon Inc. at an exciting time as we transition our CRM platform to leverage our expansive global presence. You will work closely with the Senior CRM Manager in a highly collaborative matrix organization, supporting a vast array of CRM activities in a growing and rapidly evolving organization. With 200+ CRM users, optimal CRM utilization stands as an important strategic pillar to achieve improved customer loyalty and increased sales. You will play a pivotal role in the continued strengthening of CRM as the main tool for our expansive sales force where the right person with a proven self-starter mentality quickly will thrive and succeed.
