Our corporate headquarters is in Voorhees, New Jersey and we are searching for EHR/EMR Training resources to be based in our Oaks, PA location. The EHR/EMR Training Specialists are responsible for training end-users (clerical and clinical staff and providers) on the proper use of our EClinical Works EMR/EHR functions and features. As Axia Womens Health continues to add new physician practices, these trainers will work to understand existing workflows and help train practices to work effectively in the new system. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Conduct classroom training to providers and office staff * Build and maintain the training environment * Develop, enhance and/or modify existing curriculum including training materials for trainers and end-users * Develop, implement, and deliver knowledge, behavioral, and skill-based learning * Asses the development and performance needs of the target audience * Make knowledgeable recommendations to enhance learning * Contribute to develop and maintain the care center analysis * Demonstrate working knowledge of effective training techniques, adult learning, curriculum development and continuous quality improvement * Maintain and develop knowledge and skills in assigned technical and/or non-technical content areas * Maintain a professional appearance and attitude * Performs other functions as required Requirements: * 3-5 years of prior training experience, preferably in healthcare * Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience * Strong verbal communication and oral presentation skills * Proven ability to learn new software systems easily * Prior work experience in physicians practices strongly preferred Job Type: Full-time 4 hours ago - save job Apply Now Please review all application instructions before applying to Axia Women's Health.
