    We are searching for the best talent for BEx Communication Co-Op to be in Gurabo, PR.

    • The typical Co-op term is from January, 2026 to January, 2027
    • Full time requirement (40 hours per week)

    Purpose:

    As a Communication Intern in Business Excellence, you will support the design and implementation of internal communication initiatives that promote a culture of continuous improvement, engagement, and transparency. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to corporate communication strategies within a global organization while honing your content creation and stakeholder engagement skills.

    You will be responsible for:

    1. Content Creation & Communication Support

    • Assist in developing engaging internal content such as newsletters, intranet updates, presentations, and social media posts.
    • Support the organization of internal events, workshops, and town halls to foster communication and engagement.
    • Help draft and review communication materials to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with Johnson & Johnson’s values.

    2. Content Management & Digital Platforms

    • Support the maintenance and updates of communication channels like intranet sites and digital repositories.
    • Contribute to enhancing the visibility of Business Excellence initiatives through creative content and campaigns.
    • Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to support continuous improvement efforts.

    3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with teams across Business Excellence, HR and other functions to gather updates and ensure messaging consistency.
    • Assist in coordinating communication efforts for various projects and initiatives.
    • Actively participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

    4. Compliance & Best Practices

    • Support adherence to Johnson & Johnson’s communication policies, healthcare compliance, and business conduct standards.
    • Ensure all communications are professional, accurate, and aligned with corporate standards.

    Qualifications / Requirements:

    • Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at accredited University is required.
    • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
    • Minimum GPA of 2.8 is required.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with social media and digital tools as canvas editing, video editing, SharePoint management, graphic design is a plus.
    • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and a willingness to learn.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
    • Proactive, organized, and eager to develop a career in corporate communications.
    • Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.
