The manager for the Cardiac Catheterization and Lab will work in collaboration with cardiovascular medical staff Leadership and departmental staff to meet the organization's goals for operational budgets, process improvement, and patient experience for the managers' respective departments. The manager will assist with the development of the capital budgets and continually monitor the status of our existing equipment maintenance and reliability, and partner with our biomed department to assure patient safety at all times. This role will include oversight for staff development, updating and writing new policies, and assuring staff competency. As we roll out new programs the manager will assist with all aspects of program development.
