    JOB SUMMARY

    The Talent Acquisition Supervisor oversees daily operations of Talent Acquisition and Onboarding process for all open positions throughout all Dollywood Company Properties.

    SUMMARY OF MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

    Assists the Talent Acquisition Manager and Director in the development and implementation of Recruiting, Hiring, and Onboarding in compliance with federal, state, and company rules/regulations, to staff all Dollywood Company properties.

    Supervise the daily operations of the Talent Acquisition Team which includes but is not limited to:

    • Scheduling
    • Off-site Recruitment Events
    • Candidate Opportunities

    Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to build recruitment and advertising (web based, paper, social media, radio, television, and others materials) to align with the Dollywood Company’s employment branding strategy.

    Create Fiscal Year Recruitment calendar based on The Dollywood Company’s Operational Calendar to identify need-based recruitment and prepare job fairs, media advertising, college & high school visits.

    Maintain strong relationships with Talent Acquisition Team and Hiring Managers to support and serve staffing needs.

    Develop and maintain metrics utilizing SilkRoad Recruitment Software for the Talent Acquisition dashboard that includes but is not limited to:

    • Application Volume 
    • Candidates Hired/Week
    • Hiring Manager Interviews/Week
    • Time to Hire
    • Telephone Interviews/Week
    • Job Fair Metrics

                                                                                                                    

    Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for the Talent Acquisition Team.

    Support Talent Acquisition Team through weekly meetings, On-boarding support, Corrective Action (if needed), Leadership Development, and Performance Evaluations.

    Routinely serve as Person in Charge of HR Operations.

    Assist with all HR Events as needed.

    Prepare and adhere to annual budgets

    Manage employment issues through the company’s open door policy and address concerns requiring corrective actions as they arise.

    Maintain confidentiality at all times to ensure that there is no release of information pertaining to Dollywood records, plans or any other matter without approval.

    Management reserves the right to change and/or add to these duties at any time.

    Required Experience

    EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum 18 years of age
    • College Degree required
    • Recruiting and Interviewing Experience required
    • Intermediate Excel Skills 
    • 1-3 years Supervisory Experience Highly Preferred
    • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software
    • Type 40 WPM
    • Knowledge of office equipment and computers
    • Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal
    • Flexibility to meet varying customer needs and to juggle multiple priorities daily. Exceptional organizational skills.
    • Knowledge of employment law.
    • Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check.
