HR SPECIALIST - HUMAN RESOURCES Full Time/Days ## Full Time/Days Works collaboratively with the facility Chief Human Resources Officer. Performs diversified human resource functions with job duties that require strong analytical and problem solving skills, excellent judgment and confidentiality. This position is responsible for the employment process by ensuring that every new employee has an accurate and complete personnel file containing all regulatory and facility required documentation. This position takes complete responsibility for all facets of Human Resources by ensuring that all customer needs are met. Facilitates positive working relationships, and focuses on employee needs ## Associates degree in HR or equivalent training and experience Minimum two (2) years of HR Experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
