Human Resource Specialist-Baptist Beaches Job Summary The candidate for this position should have the ability to communicate with all levels including applicants, employees and management. The candidate should also possess strong decision making skills to determine appropriate action to be taken for employee requests. Experience in Human Resources is required. Knowledge of employment and labor law is preferred. A person in this role will support both our Baptist Beaches and Nassau location. Must have the flexibility to travel between the two locations as needed.
